One of the most nice, considerate people. And the best customer service, they were super sweet and thoughtful. They gave me free mangoes drinks and bottle water. And don’t get me started on the food! The dubai chocolate is definitely worth the hype and you can’t go wrong withe churros. They really made my day ☺️ You have to go here if you shop at this mall!!!

If you’re at the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall, checkout the NY Ice Cream & Crepes. My kids brought me here for themselves lol. The dessert was very delicious and beautifully presented. Mustafa is so friendly and kind. He offered each of us free bottles of water since we didn’t get any drinks. They also have a seating area to enjoy your dessert/drink. Definitely returning for more delicious desserts and can’t wait to try out the smoothies. I highly recommend this place😋

I stopped into this Ice Cream & Crepes shop in the Poughkeepsie Galleria today, and I’m honestly glad I did. The place immediately got my attention with its bright colors, fun decorations, and clean, inviting setup. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the store looking nice, and that made a great first impression right away. The selection is outstanding — way more choices than I expected. They have ice cream, crepes, drinks, and a bunch of cool treats you don’t always see in a mall. Everything looked fresh, well-presented, and honestly pretty hard to choose from because it all looked good. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and you could feel that they take pride in making people happy. They answered questions, gave suggestions, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. What I really liked was how comfortable the space felt. The seating area is clean, colorful, and perfect if you want to relax for a bit instead of rushing back out into the mall. It’s a great little spot to bring kids, take a break, or just brighten your day with something sweet. Highly recommend stopping by — this shop definitely deserves 5 stars. 🍨✨

I had a fantastic experience at this ice cream and crepe spot! The owner was kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about his craft—he even makes his own pistachio sauce from scratch, and it was amazing! He mentioned that he’ll be selling Dubai chocolate starting next week, which is exciting. I’ll definitely be coming back as a regular! I highly recommend the famous crepe, which comes with your choice of ice cream. I swapped Nutella for the pistachio sauce and paired it with pistachio ice cream—absolutely delicious!

My friend and I ordered their savory mozzarella cheese with basil, and a sweet strawberry and caramel crepes. At the time we got there it was a bit of a wait for the food, but well worth it. The portions are great and plate presentation is beautiful! They mistakenly made one of our crepes with banana instead of strawberry, but remade it right away and let us take the banana crepe for free. They are extremely nice!
